Cancellation Policy
We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.

If a cancellation within 24 hrs of your confirmed appointment occurs, a $150.00 cancellation fee will apply.

This form is a request form, and not a confirmed inspection appointment. We will do our best to honor your selected date and time. This request will be followed up with a verbal confirmation of your appointment - please do not proceed unless you have received your verbal and email confirmation.

 
Our Fees
 

We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home. GST has been included in all listed fees.

Accepted methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Personal Cheques - accepted with proper ID. No third party cheques please.

Prices start at $440.00 plus GST.
