Session 3 - Run of the Mill or Run Away?

This course discusses several of the common conditions found in homes that all too often unfairly jeopardize the real estate transaction.

We will discuss conditions such as wet basements, vermiculite insulation and knob-and-tube wiring, exploring how people perceive these issues and what the implications actually are. At the conclusion of this course, you will understand how to objectively discuss these conditions with your clients and put them in perspective, rather than letting them become a barrier to the sale.
