Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    1. The contest is open to all licensed Real Estate agents in Ontario.
    2. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Carson Dunlop are not eligible to participate in the contest.
    3. Participants must have a valid social media account and be following Carson Dunlop on one or more of the designated social media platforms mentioned in the contest.

  2. Entry:

    1. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form provided on Carson Dunlop’s website. The form must include accurate contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number.
    2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
    3. Any false or misleading information provided on the entry form will result in immediate disqualification from the contest.
    4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the contest.

  3. Selection of Winners:

    1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
    2. The winner will be contacted by email or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

  4. Prize:

    1. The prize for this contest is 2 free tickets to the Bruce Springsteen concert, including a chauffeured limo ride to and from the event. 
    2. The prize is non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
    3. Carson Dunlop holds no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to accommodation, or any other expenses.

  5. Publicity Release:

    1. By entering the contest, participants grant Carson Dunlop the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and any other information provided on the entry form for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
    2. Participants also consent to receive promotional content and updates from Carson Dunlop via email or other means of communication.

  6. General Conditions:

    1. Carson Dunlop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
    2. Carson Dunlop reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
    3. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the contest.
    4. Carson Dunlop is not responsible for any technical issues, computer viruses, or unauthorized third-party access that may interfere with the entry process, selection of winners, or the delivery of prizes.
    5. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    1. By participating in the contest, participants release Carson Dunlop, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest and event, or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

  8. Disputes:

    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

  9. Privacy:

    1. The personal information provided by participants will be used for the purpose of conducting the contest, delivering the prize, and sending promotional content from Carson Dunlop. Entrants also consent to receive marketing messages by email, phone and/or text. By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.
