Once again, after using Carson Dunlop for home inspections since 1992 (we've used the services five times) we are thrilled with the overall professionalism, attention to detail & ability to put buyers at ease during a very stressful process. In our most recent inspection Stefan Gruescu completed a septic & well inspection in addition to full house inspection. He was knowledgeable informing us along the way about information pertaining to wells & septic systems. He was detail oriented in all of his duties throughout the inspection taking time to listen to our concerns & answer our questions. On top of all this, he was a pleasant & affable person! We would highly recommend both Stefan & Carson Dunlop to anybody who is considering services of this nature.

The home inspection was thorough with the Carson Dunlop representative going above and beyond.He spent almost two hours testing every aspect required including any mould or previous water damage.The purchase of my home is a huge undertaking which has only occurred once before. This home inspection allowed me to feel more confident in my decision to buy this home.I am more knowledgeable about what I am buying.
