All of our inspectors are registered CAHPI members (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and go through our in-depth training program which has been recognized by top industry associations and colleges.
Sal Folino, Director of Inspections and National Sales, RHI, B.Eng.
Sal Folino is the Director of Inspections and National Sales and an active inspector. Sal has extensive knowledge on inspecting new homes as well as resale homes. He serves as a resource to our entire home inspection business group. At Carson Dunlop we recognize the need to earn your business by delivering exceptional customer service, through Sal and our team, one inspection at a time.
Walter Collodel, RHI, P. Eng.
Walter Collodel, P. Eng., has been an integral member of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection team since 2006. Walter is not only a seasoned home inspector but also an accomplished trainer.
Sheila Corman, RHI
Sheila Corman is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a gifted professional. Sheila understands homes and home buyers. She brings a style that ensures that clients are well looked after and are comfortable with their inspection experience.
Philip Falcone, RHI
Philip Falcone is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a great communicator. Philip puts clients at ease and makes sure they have a great understanding of the home at the end of the experience.
Jim Gibson, RHI, P. Eng.
Jim Gibson, P. Eng., has been a member of our Carson Dunlop team since 1999. His extensive knowledge and report writing skills set Jim well apart from the average home inspector. He is always willing to share his knowledge and help others.
Greg Kendall, RHI
Greg Kendall is a conscientious, hardworking and detailed oriented home inspector who has a way of connecting with clients. He has nearly 10 years of inspection experience with a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
Gordon Mathieu, RHI
Gordon Mathieu is a dedicated member of our group who has great communication skills and a unique dedication to accommodating our clients’ needs, which he has been doing since 2009. His educational background includes an engineering degree and an MBA.
Josh Natovitch, RHI
Josh Natovitch is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) who brings a broad background of home repair and improvement to his inspections. His easy nature and diverse background help him quickly build strong relationships with those he works with.
Milo Petrovic, RHI, B. Eng.
Milo Petrovic is a valued member of the group, and is not only an experienced home inspector, but the subject matter expert on our Education team as well. Milo’s extensive knowledge and low-key delivery helps clients know they are in very good hands.
Blaine Shular, RHI
Blaine Shular has been a member of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection team since 2006. Blaine is respected for his calm manner and great communication skills.
Hal Woolley, RHI
Hal Woolley, BA, is a veteran member of the team, joining us in 2005. Hal brings a broad range of knowledge and a personable approach to his inspections. Hal has a passion for woodworking and significant experience with timber construction.

Scott Lutz, BSc
Scott Lutz, BSc, is the newest member of the Carson Dunlop team. He is a mechanical engineer by training, bringing a wealth of knowledge from diverse industrial experiences to his home inspections. He shares his passion for homes with clients through fresh insights and down-to-earth explanations.
Jon Dube
Jon is a recent addition to Carson Dunlop, bringing with him 15 years of extensive experience in residential renovations. His deep understanding of home construction and keen eye for detail make him a competent and thorough home inspector. Jon has a natural ability to make new home buyers feel at ease, providing clear and comprehensive explanations throughout the inspection process.
